Agent Referral Program
If you have an Arizona Real Estate license but aren’t actively working in real estate, consider referring your clients to International Realty Partners.
Our Offer
Join the International Realty Partners team on a referral basis. You can be confident that your referred clients will receive the service they deserve with our exceptional service and experience.
Referral Fees
We offer a 25% referral fee, plus an annual bonus as an incentive to continuously refer clients. We accept referrals from agents located throughout Arizona, who refer clients looking to relocate to the Phoenix metro area.
Bonus
Bonuses are paid at the end of each Agent’s fiscal year. Bonuses are capped at $10,000 per Agent, and are calculated on a graduated scale - the more cumulative volume you’ve referred, the larger the bonus. A qualified referral is one in which a sale closes, and there’s no limit to the number of referrals sent. At the beginning of each Agent’s new fiscal year, the Bonus amount resets to $0.00.
